Privacy, terms & disclaimer
How your information is handled.
What information is collected
Only what is needed to offer therapy: the contact details and background you share in the intake form, notes kept about our work, and any emails between us. This website does not run advertising trackers or sell data.
How it is stored
Intake responses are collected through a secure form and are accessible only to Sonia. Clinical notes are stored securely and separately from identifying details wherever possible, and are kept only as long as professional guidance requires.
Confidentiality and its limits
What you say in session stays between us, with the standard exceptions: a serious risk of harm to you or another person, or a legal requirement to disclose. Work is discussed anonymously in professional supervision, which is a routine part of ethical practice.
Your choices
You can ask what is held about you, ask for corrections, or ask for your details to be deleted where there is no professional obligation to retain them. Write to earthenbysonia@gmail.com.
Terms and professional disclaimer
This website offers general information about therapy and about Earthen. It is not therapy, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for individual professional advice. Reading it does not create a therapeutic relationship. Earthen is not a crisis service — if you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a helpline.
