The booking process is simple.

Fill the intake form

If you're new here, please complete the intake form before booking your first session. You only need to complete the form once.

Please indicate whether you are seeking individual counselling or couples counselling. Your email address and phone number will also be collected through the form.

If you're an existing client, you can skip this step and proceed directly to Step 2.

Choose your date & time

Once you have completed the intake form, select your preferred session date and time using the calendar below.

Make the payment

The applicable session fees for individual counselling and couples counselling are provided below.

Individual counselling

₹2,000 per session

Couples counselling

₹2,500 per session

Session length

Approximately 55–60 minutes
